THE EIFFEL TOWER :The Eiffel Tower is an iron tower built by Gustave Eiffel and his co-workers for the 1889 World Fair. Situated at the end of the Champs de Mars, and near the banks of the Seine, this Parisian monument of 325m high (357 yards), is the most visited site in France.

THE PALAIS DE TOKYO : The Palais de Tokyo was named after the avenue which used to border the Seine in 1937. Quite an exotic name for the Modern and Contemporary Arts Museum, in a building which was built for the World Fair. A great place for unexpected encounters, it is a crossroads for visual arts, design, fashion, litterature, music, dance and cinema.

THE LOUVRE MUSEUM : The Louvre museum hosts about 7000 works of arts by European artists. It is the largest museum in Paris. One can see The Victory of Samothrace, the Venus de Milo, Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa, Freedom guiding the people by Eugène Delacroix, the Raft of the Medusa by Gericaultthe Turkish Bath by Ingres. It takes several days to see all of the treasures kept in this exceptional museum.
